// SUBSCRIPTION · AI CRYPTO CMO · FROM €2,500/MO

Crypto marketing insurance, productized.

For crypto teams without a senior marketer. AI does the volume. The operator stamps the judgment.

Four pillars under one €2,500/mo subscription. Coverage protects every campaign before it ships. Emergency picks up the phone at 2am when something breaks. Signal feeds you the competitive and regulatory intelligence the rest of the market doesn't have. Oversight is the ex-exchange CMO behind it, on a monthly call and async access. Built and run by Jukka Blomberg, ex-CMO of two international crypto exchanges.

From €2,500/mo. Three design-partner spots open at €1,500/mo for the first 3 months. Cap of 6 active subscribers in v1.

// DESIGN-PARTNER COHORT · 3 SPOTS

Three design-partner spots open at €1,500/mo for the first three months.

After three months, you continue at €2,500/mo or graceful exit. We'll reply personally from jukka@northpoint.fi within 24 hours.

Or take the longer path: apply with full qualification at /sign-up (path selector, role, jurisdictions, situation — 60-second form). Either way, Jukka replies personally within 24 hours.

// 01 · THE WALLET

Four pillars. One subscription.

The à la carte equivalent of this perimeter — a crypto-specialist law firm, a crisis PR firm, an industry-intelligence subscription, and a fractional senior CMO — would run €18–50k/mo to assemble. We charge €2,500/mo because AI does the volume work and the operator's time is reserved for the moments that matter.

// PILLAR 01

  • Influencer / KOL contract review — 2/month, 48h SLA. Before signing, before they post.

// 03 · THE MATH

€2,500/mo against an €18–50k assembled stack.

If you tried to assemble this perimeter from specialist providers, it would look like this:

Component À la carte cost
Crypto-specialist law firm — marketing-compliance retainer (MiCA + GDPR + financial promotions)€5,000–15,000/mo
Crisis PR firm with crypto specialism (24/7 hotline, holding statements, war room)€10,000–25,000/mo
Competitive / market intelligence (Messari Pro tier or equivalent custom tracking)€1,000–5,000/mo
Fractional senior CMO advisory (4–8h/mo at ~€600/hr)€2,400–4,800/mo
Total assembled perimeter€18,400–49,800/mo
NorthPoint AI Crypto CMO€2,500/mo

88–95% discount on the assembled equivalent. The discount works because AI does the volume — regulatory checks, competitor tracking, and content drafts run automatically. Operator time is reserved for crises, judgment, and oversight, not deliverable production. And standby capacity is risk-pooled — most customers don't trigger the war room in any given month, but all pay the premium for the protection.

// 04 · THE ALTERNATIVES

What you'd otherwise be choosing between.

AI Crypto CMO Crypto agency Law firm Fractional CMO Doing nothing
MiCA / GDPR pre-flight on every asset ✓ Unlimited self-serve + 4 stamped/mo × Off-spec for most ~ Per-asset billed at €500+/each ~ If they have the speciality × Risk uncovered
24/7 emergency comms hotline ✓ <1h business hours, war room included × Not within scope × Different discipline ~ Sometimes, retainer-dependent × Crisis without infrastructure
Competitor + narrative + regulatory intelligence ✓ Weekly, proprietary, crypto-native ~ Often outsourced or generic × Not the discipline ~ Depends on the operator × Blind to category
Senior judgment behind every deliverable ✓ Ex-exchange CMO stamps it × Junior resources execute ✓ But on legal questions only ✓ But for 4–8h/mo only × No judgment layer
Speed to first output ✓ Month 1 = month 1 of output ~ 4–6 weeks onboarding ~ Engagement letters take weeks ~ 2–4 weeks ramp × Hiring takes 3–6 months
Monthly cost €2,500/mo €8,000–25,000/mo €5,000–15,000/mo €10,000–28,000/mo €60,000+/yr salary risk

AI Crypto CMO is not designed to replace a fractional CMO when you need someone to run your marketing — that's our Fractional Crypto CMO tier (from €15,000/mo). It's also not a transformation engagement — that's our CMO Operating System (from €55,000 / 90 days). This tier is the lightest-friction always-on layer that sits alongside whatever else you're doing.

// 05 · WHO THIS IS FOR

The right buyer profile (and the wrong one).

This subscription is calibrated for a specific situation. If your situation is different, one of the heavier tiers will fit better — or none of them will, and that's also a useful answer.

// RIGHT FIT

You should subscribe if…

  • You're a crypto company between Seed and Series B with EU customer exposure.
  • You don't yet have a senior marketer in seat — or you have one and want them flanked with always-on coverage.
  • Your team has shipped marketing without compliance review more than once and it makes you nervous.
  • You'd rather pay an insurance-style premium than pay a €500k fine because nobody noticed.
  • You want senior crypto-marketing judgment available without the €15k/mo retainer commitment.
// WRONG FIT

You should not subscribe if…

  • You need someone to run your marketing function — that's the Fractional Crypto CMO tier.
  • You need a 90-day install of the full marketing operating system — that's the CMO Operating System.
  • You already have a 30-person marketing team with a compliance counsel embedded — you don't need this.
  • You're pre-product, pre-team, pre-anything — come back when you have campaigns to protect.
  • You're looking for paid-ads execution, hiring, BD, or partnerships work — those aren't in scope here.

// 08 · FAQ

The questions buyers ask.

Is this insurance in the legal sense?
No. "Insurance" is the metaphor used in the marketing copy because it captures the buyer's mental model — risk-transfer, standby capacity, predictable premium. NorthPoint is not a regulated insurance product under EU IDD or Solvency II, and we don't make legally binding indemnity claims. We are a marketing-services subscription with published SLAs. For binding regulatory advice or indemnification, retain qualified counsel and an actual insurer in addition to NorthPoint.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time after the design-partner period (or any time, full stop, after v1 launch). No minimum commitment, no early-termination fee. Your audit history and shared workspace stay accessible to you for export for 30 days post-cancellation. Stickiness should come from value, not contract.
What if my crisis war room runs longer than 8 hours?
The 8-hour cap per event covers most crisis windows in our experience. If your event runs longer, additional time is billed at €500/h or you can absorb additional events at €2,500 per event. Most subscribers never trigger the war room in a given quarter; pricing assumes a loss-ratio well below 100%.
Why MiCA-first instead of FCA / SEC retail / MAS / VARA from day one?
Building each self-serve check is engineering work, and we're sequencing rather than parallel-shipping. MiCA is on day one because it's the regulation we have the deepest IP on (40-rule audit, public skill on GitHub, working tool live now). FCA and SEC retail ship next; MAS and VARA later in 2026. In the interim, the cross-jurisdiction layer is delivered through judgment-based pre-flight reviews — Jukka reads your asset and applies the rules manually, with stamped output.
Do you have case studies?
Not yet — and we're upfront about that. The product is live for design partners as of 2026. Once month 3 closes for the first cohort, with their permission, we'll publish case studies. Until then, the work speaks for itself: the public MiCA-check tool, the public GDPR-check tool, the published 40-rule MiCA self-audit on GitHub, two published books, and Jukka's verifiable track record running marketing inside two international crypto exchanges. If transparent IP is the bar instead of testimonials, we clear it.
Who actually does the work?
Jukka — supported by a private NorthPoint AI stack. Self-serve checks (MiCA, GDPR) run on a hybrid rules-engine + LLM hybrid system. Pre-flight reviews are AI-drafted, Jukka-stamped. Crisis war room is Jukka direct. Monthly Brief is Jukka authoring with AI scaffolding. The judgment layer is always Jukka; the volume layer is always AI. That's the math that makes €2,500/mo work.
What happens during Jukka's annual leave / OOO?
Self-serve checks (MiCA, GDPR) run uninterrupted — they're automated. Scheduled drops (weekly digest, monthly brief) are pre-authored or use a co-operator backup. The 24/7 hotline routes to a curated escalation list during OOO periods, and pre-OOO communications notify subscribers of the temporary cover arrangement. We publish OOO schedules in advance; subscribers always know who's responding when.
Do you handle GDPR consulting beyond the marketing side?
No — and you should be cautious of any marketing-side provider who claims to. Marketing GDPR (consent flows, cookie banners, profiling disclosure, unsubscribe) is what we do. Data Protection Officer work, vendor DPAs, breach response, full ROPA documentation, and DPIA work belong with a qualified DPO and/or counsel.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Yes. AI Crypto CMO subscribers often graduate to the CMO Operating System (90-day transformation, from €55k) when they're ready for a deeper install. Or to Fractional Crypto CMO (from €15k/mo) when they want NorthPoint to actually run their marketing function. Movement up or down is a conversation, not a process.
What's the cap on subscribers?
v1 caps at 6 active subscribers. Once cap is hit, we open a real (not theatrical) waitlist and raise the price to €3,500/mo for new entrants. Existing subscribers grandfather at €2,500. The cap is a function of fulfillment economics, not artificial scarcity — at 6 subscribers, Jukka is at ~80h/mo on this tier, which is the sustainable load.
