No. The audit is a heuristic compliance review — operator-grade, not lawyer-grade. It maps your marketing surface against published regulator guidance and named rules. For binding legal opinion, retain qualified counsel. The audit is structured to make counsel's work faster, not replace it.

What format is the report?

Signed PDF on NorthPoint letterhead. Per-rule analysis with the specific triggering text from your asset quoted, the rule citation, and a concrete rewrite suggestion. Plus an operator's read — 1–3 sentences of Jukka's judgment beyond the rule engine.

What jurisdictions do you cover?

MiCA (EU), GDPR + ePrivacy (EU data), FCA (UK), SEC retail (US), MAS (Singapore), VARA (Dubai). Plus the ad creative scan for platform policy + app store rules. We decide which jurisdictions apply based on the asset's reach.

What if the audit comes back clean?

Then you ship with a signed report stating that. Regulator-defence evidence is just as valuable when it reads PASS as when it reads FAIL.

Who runs the audit?
