What we collect.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the timestamp of submission. When you book a call, our scheduler (Cal) collects the information you provide to confirm the booking. When you browse this site, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device, rough geographic region).

What we do with it.

Waitlist emails are used to send you product updates about NorthPoint services and to reply to your signup. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We don't run marketing list rentals.

Third-party processors.

EmailJS (waitlist form relay), Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), Cal (scheduling). Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms. Data is hosted in the EU or under standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Your rights.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@northpoint.fi with "GDPR request" in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention.

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Booking records are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 7 years (Finnish accounting requirements). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default (26 months).

Cookies.

This site uses one cookie category: Google Analytics for anonymised usage statistics. You can opt out by using your browser's Do-Not-Track setting or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out browser extension.

Changes.

If we change this policy, the revised version and a new "Last updated" date will be posted here.
