The signals this check reads under MiCA Art. 7: EEA-language localisation, country-specific promotions, EUR / SEPA payment rails, and availability or onboarding language aimed at EEA residents.
What is reverse solicitation?
Under MiCA Art. 61 a client may approach an unlicensed firm on their own initiative — but outbound marketing destroys the exemption. Active solicitation with no explicit EEA exclusion is the exposure this check flags.
