By end of week one, either an onboarding date is on the calendar (design-partner path), a clear waitlist status is communicated (waitlist path), or you have an honest answer about whether NorthPoint is the right fit (intro-call path).

We don't send templated outreach. Every reply is written for you. If your situation doesn't fit, we'll say so directly rather than nurture you for two quarters.
We don't gate the intro call behind a deck. Bring questions, leave with answers. No NDA required, no qualification call before the qualification call.
